Your monthly tier price is the base rate to operate on the platform. It includes everything listed in your tier above — contacts, automations, community, curriculum, and support.
Should you desire additional advanced features — such as expanded contact limits beyond your tier, additional phone numbers, premium AI capabilities, increased messaging volume, or advanced reporting — those are available as add-ons and will adjust your monthly total accordingly.
You are never required to add anything beyond your base subscription. Add-ons are entirely optional and activated only when you need them. Your base tier price does not change when add-ons are enabled or removed.
